finally got a chance to try some of your batter mix
on some pheasant tonight. Wow!! I've had dang near every
batter mix under the sun including my own recipes. This
one is tops . . . and I'm picky. Great unique flavor.

My husband and I never cared for catfish, therefore
we always gave it away to anyone who would take it.
We joined a catfish tournament that was sponsored by Tall Tales Restaurant and Lounge in Republican City,
Nebraska, home of TomKat's Batter Mix. They had taken
the catfish caught at the tournament and fried it with
TomKat's Batter Mix. Everyone (including ourselves)
was asking what type of batter they were using and where they could
buy it. We couldn't believe how good the catfish tasted.
Since then we have treated our family and friends with
the fish we catch battered with TomKat's Batter Mix.
They are as overwhelmed with the great taste as we were,
and have to ask where they can buy it. We have tried
TomKat's Batter Mix on different meats and have found
it to add a great flavor to every type of meat.

My husband and I used TomKats batter on perch last
night and found the taste delightful! It is just
as they say. The batter enhances the food without
covering up the original flavor. Chris loves it
